LG and my take on a Warhol Christmas Card

LG's Mom and Dad both collect and are really into the modern art scene. At the shoot we mentioned the Andy Warhol museum in Pittsburgh so I thought it only natural to design them a Pop Art Christmas card.

Wanna See Me?

Joel and Rita Wiebner of "The Wiebners" fame took our family photos this past fall as part of a "Pay it Forward" project started by a dear friend of mine John Michael Cooper of altF photography.
Check us out.
I've gotta say they did a great job. This one is my favorite. Photo credit on this one goes to the Wiebners of course since I'm in it. :-)

Intimate Session / Boudoir Photography
Recently boudoir photography has exploded in popularity. At this point I'm getting more than a few inquiries per week asking if I do sessions because I do not mention them on my website. It was suggested by a client that I make mention of them on my blog to let people know that it's an option thus this post.
I offer these sessions for $250 per hour within a 50 mile radius. I strongly encourage girls to consider a personal album of these sessions or at the very least an image box set containing individually matted photographs. There are so many options out there that the possibilites are really endless as to how you might present them to your groom.
So if anyone is interested please contact me via email about the possibilities of setting up a session. I am working on creating a set of images that, with permission, I can show to potential brides. If you are interested in a discounted session in exchange for me being able to use your images for tasteful promotion please contact me as well.

Jennifer & Kyle

Jennifer and Kyle are another Penn State couple. I love getting to run around on campus taking photos. There are so many I want to show but my blog limits how many I can post.
Congrats guys and thanks for being so much fun to work with.

Matthew & Amanda Cowboy Up!

These guys were seriously so much fun to work with. Their ceremony was held on the grounds of Fort Hunter on the Susquehanna river and I couldn't think of a more gorgeous place for a "slightly" windy fall wedding.
Rock on guys!

Jeff & Millie

The peak for fall color! Gotta love it.
Jeff and Millie said their "I do's" on the UPJ campus last fall.

Jeff & Ramona

Jeff and Ramona were married in Pittsburgh on the grounds of The Frick Art Museum. What a lovely place. Even better it was a sunset ceremony.
Best wishes to you both!

Tina & Brian

I've got to say that these guys are absolute troopers. Rain forced the wedding indoors last minute but they kept there cool and went with the flow. I'm so happy for you two and it was a pleasure working with you.
I was in a silhouette kinda mood this day.
You can view a draft of their album online here.

Heinz Chapel

I've been wanting to shoot a Heinz Chapel wedding for sometime now and I finally got my chance with Jessica. The ceremony ended afterdark so we were a bit limited but I think we got some wonderful stuff.

Back From Las Vegas - Inspired
It was great to see all my old friends again as well as all the new ones. I think my mentor sessions went well.
The only bummer is that I have no photos to post. I made a point of not taking a camera this year so I could focus on the information. Next year the convention is moving to Tampa and I'm looking forward to the change.
Wedding season finally starts next week....

What? Me a Mentor...
I've been asked to mentor some peers at a Wedding Photography Convention this year. I was reluctant at first but a great friend and wonderful photographer talked me into it. Check out her website. Both her and her husband are amazing.
Some of my most favorite photographers are among the other mentors...
